Private lessons are now avalible. These lessons will be provided on Thursday nights, Friday morrnings (early), os Saturday morrnings (early). Each lesson will run for a 90 min. period. The cost will be 40.00 per lesson, this will cover the cost of time and gas. At this time monthy rates are not availabel.
There is a great advantage to being taught in this way. The greatest advantage is that a lot of information can be covered in this period of time.

Coming up in the new year
There are some things that will be taking place in this up and coming year. The first is the worst. Flashpoint will no longer be providing child care. When we first started out we did not have this as an option and we all survived. If this causes an incovinience to ya'll I am sorry. To be frank about it we simply just can't afford it any more. I am however open to anything we could do to fix this issue.
I am also going to be rotating months with Mr. Burdette. The month of Jan, 2008 will be taught by Sensei Burdette. I will be taking the month of Feb, 2008. Then him, then myself and so on. I will also no longer be teaching a class from 6pm to 730pm. It has just become to much to ask of my family. Many Fridays we are there at 3 or 4 till well after 9pm. However I will be available for private lessons. More details are forthcoming.

Merry Christmas

Special Thanks
Flashpoint Martial Arts is made up of people of all ages. We all have an understanding; "Christ is first in all things"... This is awesome for a group of people to realize, and stay focused on. God is truely at the center of Flashpoint. None of this would be possible without Him. God has all ready lifted up many different leaders. What is so beautiful about that is, Flashpoint is made up of many different churches, and people from many different walks of life.
I would like to take a moment to thank a few people who, without their support none of this would be possible. The first person I would like to exhort is my WIFE Cindy. Here on earth she has been my rock, and the one that always said to me "DON'T YOU QUIT"!! My wife was their through it all. The good, the bad, and the ugly. My wife is also the one that keeps me in line and on task. With all my love, Thank you.
I would also like to exhort my children: Tabitha, Dalton, and Bryanna. These three children have sacrificed more for Flashpoint then I ever did. These children for the most part are there every Friday night. They also do without me every time I need to go somewhere to train.All of this is without complaint."DON'T EVER FORGET, DADDY LOVES YOU MORE THEN ENYTHING"There are two other people that I would also like to thank and praise God for: Sensei BarkerSensei, Thank you for your heart to do what God has called you and your family to do. You are still very much part of Flashpoint and are missed. We pray for you often. Thank you for your heart to make the difficult decisions. We love and miss you. Sensei BurdetteThank you for all that you do at Flashpoint. God brought another element into Flashpoint when you joined us. Day after Thanksgiving
Tonight we had two small but geat classes. We spent a lot of time brushing up on our katas. Lets see, there is Tiger form, Seisan, Chinto, Wansu, Basic...hmm what else????
